Rocky Point is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing strategy across The Garden Family, Rocky Point and Bassett Barks activities. Your Next Role

Are you an organised and creative marketing professional with strong copywriting skills and experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns?

Rocky Point is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing strategy across The Garden Family, Rocky Point and Bassett Barks activities. Joining us on a full-time, nine-month fixed-term contract, you will coordinate campaigns and content across email, websites, social media and printed materials.

Working alongside the wider marketing team, you will manage publishing schedules, write engaging content, monitor campaign activity and coordinate completed creative assets across marketing channels.

Key responsibilities include

• Support the development and delivery of brand, marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Coordinate multi-channel marketing activities across email, website, social media and print.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to support business growth.
• Assist with website updates, content management and digital marketing initiatives.
• Support new product launches, including campaign coordination and marketing collateral.
• Manage customer communications, EDMs, mailing lists and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Plan, schedule and manage social media content, community engagement and reporting.
• Coordinate trade shows, events and promotional activities to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and content creators to deliver marketing projects.
• Develop written content for newsletters, blogs, publications and marketing materials.
• Maintain brand assets and ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and approval processes.

About you

You are a proactive and highly organised marketing professional who combines strong written communication with a practical approach to campaign coordination.

You'll bring

• Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Social media planning, publishing and community management experience.
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project coordination skills.
• An analytical, solutions-focused and hands-on approach.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Desirable experience

• A qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, CRM platforms and Google Analytics.
• Experience with email marketing, content management and social media scheduling platforms.
• Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for light edits.
