Job summary

Boss Engineering in Inverell, NSW, is seeking a Marketing & Content Coordinator to bring our Agriculture and Automotive brands to life, with hands-on photography and video work across sites and events.

You’ll travel nationally, capture genuine footage, design collateral, and collaborate with the marketing team to deliver campaigns on digital platforms and at dealer sites.

Qualifications

• Proven photography, video and/or graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating work across agriculture and automotive sectors.
• Comfortable with Photoshop, Premiere, Canva or similar tools.

This role is preferably based at our Inverell NSW site; however, remote applicants will be considered depending on location, experience and ability to meet the role’s regular domestic travel and content capture requirements.

BOSS Engineering is growing — and we’re looking for a creative, proactive Marketing & Content Coordinator to bring our Agriculture and Automotive brands to life.

This is not your typical marketing desk job. You’ll be behind the camera, on the road, at dealer sites, field days, product launches and customer locations — capturing the real BOSS story.

What you’ll be doing:

• Capture high-quality photography and video across Ag & Automotive
• Create engaging short-form video and social content
• Design polished marketing collateral and graphics
• Travel nationally to capture products, people, customers and events
• Identify great content opportunities and turn them into stories
• Work alongside our existing marketing team to bring ideas to life
• Support the team with campaign delivery across digital platforms and media and general marketing duties.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven photography, video and/or graphic design experience
• Has a portfolio they’re proud of
• Is confident with tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, Canva or similar
• Has a strong eye for visual storytelling and social media trends
• Is organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Has a genuine interest in agriculture, automotive or manufacturing
• Holds a current driver's licence and is comfortable with regular travel
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications, Photography or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
