Job description

About the Opportunity

This business delivers large-scale infrastructure for regional and remote Australian operators across agriculture now needs a dedicated Marketing & Content Coordinator to take on the bulk of content and copywriting.

The role is primarily focused on writing and coordinating content — blogs, website copy, social media, email marketing and sales collateral — alongside general day-to-day marketing support, including ownership of attendance and logistics for industry conferences and events.

Priorities can shift quickly and the right person needs to be comfortable adapting fast. This is a genuinely hands-on, on-the-ground role.

The business is open to candidates early in their marketing career (including recent graduates with the right attitude) through to more experienced marketers seeking a regional move — culture fit, initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision matter more than years of experience. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and coordinate content and copywriting across blogs, website copy, social media, email marketing and sales collateral
  • Review, refine and "humanise" AI-assisted drafts, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand and fit for the target industries
  • Provide general day-to-day marketing support to the Marketing Manager, adapting quickly as sales priorities shift
  • Own attendance and logistics for industry conferences and events, from planning through to on-the-ground delivery
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns concurrently, largely coordinated through HubSpot
  • Own social media content, scheduling and day-to-day management as a core part of the role
  • Support basic design tasks where needed
  • Occasionally travel to project sites to gather content — photos, video and case study material
About You
  • Background in B2B marketing and/or copywriting, or a communications degree/equivalent with strong writing samples
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot (or a similar CRM/marketing platform) highly regarded
  • Understanding of SEO, Meta Ads and Google Ads a bonus, but not essential
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing social media content is essential; basic graphic design ability is a bonus
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and pivot quickly
  • Self-directed and comfortable taking ownership with minimal hand-holding
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, regional Victoria
Engagement Details
  • Full-time, permanent position, based on-site in Swan Hill, Victoria
  • Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per annum, plus potential company-wide performance bonus
  • Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate
  • Reports to the Marketing Manager
