WorkSafe in Geelong is seeking a Marketing and Communications Consultant to deliver integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels. You will provide specialist communications support, manage multi-channel campaigns and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to achieve measurable engagement.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience delivering integrated marketing, communications and public relations campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex info clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience using digital communication channels, including social media and email marketing.
• Highly developed planning and organisational skills, ability to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills, professionalism and judgement in complex environments.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or communications (or related field).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating multi-channel communications strategies to support business initiatives, projects and campaigns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure initiatives meet stakeholder needs and align with WorkSafe's strategic priorities.
• Work with Research to understand initiatives and ensure communications support business objectives.
• Engage external suppliers to deliver communications activities and campaigns.
• Support the Marketing team with strategies, ideas and tools to improve communications systems.
• Assist with execution and management of special projects and priorities.
• Compile post-campaign reports outlining optimization opportunities.
• Monitor and report expenditure for marketing communication activities.
