Endeavour Group Careers in Melbourne is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our supportive, purpose-driven team. You will develop campaigns and content that bring our stories and brand to life across channels.

Partner with senior leaders, manage campaigns end-to-end, and help shape external and internal communications. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working options and opportunities to grow within a regulated industry.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing and communications specialist role within a complex or regulated organisation.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns from end to end.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across digital, social, email, web, video and executive communications.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using CMS, SharePoint, Canva and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of brand governance, campaign reporting and audience engagement.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to create clear, compelling communications.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, content and events.
• Manage marketing materials from concept through to delivery, ensuring brand consistency.
• Plan and deliver internal and external events, conferences and stakeholder initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and use data to improve future activity.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen EML’s reputation, brand awareness and industry presence.
