WorkSafe Victoria is seeking a Marketing & Communications Support Officer in Geelong, hybrid role (3 days in office). The position offers a base salary of AUD 84,066 per year plus 12% superannuation, full-time and ongoing.

You will work with the Marketing Communications team to deliver campaigns, manage administration and ensure brand-aligned publications while liaising with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Collaboratively support the Marketing Communications team to deliver WorkSafe communications, campaigns and/or marketing materials.
• Provide administration support through managing governance of spreadsheets and records management.
• Ensure that all publications and collateral reflect WorkSafe brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Liaise with business units to provide communications advice and support as required.
• Coordinate the processing of purchase orders and payment of invoices with reports on expenditure.
• Coordinate monthly updates for ELT, Stakeholder and Board forums.
• Coordinate weekly updates of campaign timelines and marketing calendar.
