Job summary

EML in Melbourne is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our supportive, purpose‑driven team on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will work across the business to bring our stories, initiatives and brand to life through engaging campaigns, content, events and communications.

The role demands developing strategic plans, partnering with senior leaders, delivering multi‑channel campaigns, and upholding brand governance across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing and communications specialist role within a complex or regulated organisation.
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns from end to end.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across digital, social, email, web, video and executive communications.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using content management systems, SharePoint, Canva and email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of brand governance, campaign reporting and audience engagement.
• Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
• A relevant qualification in communications, marketing, journalism or public relations is desirable.
