Job summary
EML in Sydney is seeking a Project Specialist to lead strategic and operational projects, coordinating timelines, governance and stakeholder engagement from our George Street office with hybrid work options.
The role focuses on project management, change management support and delivering measurable benefits across agency initiatives, programs and mutual benefits projects.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience coordinating or delivering projects, programs or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, presentations and business documentation.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
- Workers compensation, injury management, insurance, health or related industry experience will be highly regarded.

- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, facilitating collaboration, engagement and the successful implementation of initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement and change initiatives by identifying trends, risks and opportunities and contributing to innovative solutions across the portfolio.

The purpose of this role is to support the design, delivery and evaluation of strategic and operational initiatives that improve stakeholder experience, service delivery, worker outcomes and organisational performance.
The Project Specialist provides project management, stakeholder engagement and change management support to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and deliver measurable benefits.
This will be a full-time, permanent position based in the Sydney George Street office, with flexibility to work from home.
