Job summary

EML Group in Sydney is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims, liaising with injured workers, their employers, and health professionals. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Sydney office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 2 days per week) considered from month three, subject to performance and approval.

You will build strong relationships, design personalised treatment and recovery plans, and work with internal specialists to help

• Customer service experience in medical, hospitality, retail or corporate settings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Creativity, curiosity and initiative in stakeholder engagement.
