Employers Mutual Management Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking an entry level claims support role to join our friendly team. You will provide payments and administrative support to a wide range of stakeholders while you receive training and build a long-term career in a growing organisation.

This permanent, full-time position offers hybrid work options after training and the chance to develop core skills in payments, administration and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or data entry within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Process and manage payments accurately to ensure timely receipt.
• Update payment records, prepare reports, and keep systems organised.
• Identify and resolve overpayments and underpayments for accuracy.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for workers, employers, and providers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues by living EML's values.

This will be a permanent, full time position, based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process and manage payments accurately and efficiently to ensure they're received within required timeframes.
• Update payment records, prepare reports, and complete administrative tasks to keep our systems organised and up to date.
• Identify and resolve overpayments and underpayments to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for workers, employers, and providers when required.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues by consistently demonstrating EML's values and behaviours

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in administration or data entry within a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel to complete tasks and produce quality work.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Adaptable and eager to learn, with a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement.
