Job summary

IQS Solutions is seeking a highly organised Marketing Coordinator to keep campaigns running smoothly and help grow reach and sales. You will collaborate with the sales team and contribute from website updates to campaign creation.

You'll coordinate monthly campaigns across email, social media, and web, write and edit copy for social posts, emails, blogs and pages, and maintain the content calendar with timely promotions and data entry support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a marketing coordination role is preferred.
• Strong writing and design skills and a good eye for detail.
• Confidence with social media platforms, AI, and marketing IT platforms.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• High level productivity and an ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web.
• Write and edit copy for social posts, emails, blogs and web pages.
• Schedule and publish content, and keep our content calendar on track.
• Coordinate promotional flyer design in line with an agreed campaign calendar.
• Liaise with product suppliers to obtain product information for campaigns.
• Liaise with sales staff for lead generation campaign ideas.
• Coordinate catalogue and website updates.
• Manage google lead generation campaigns and company social media platforms.
• Involved with on-boarding portals and data entry.
