Job summary

Kingside Pty Ltd is a lean team supporting fast-growing platforms in crypto, sports and iGaming. We’re expanding and seek 2–3 Marketing Associates to help with creators, partnerships, campaigns, social media and growth.

You’ll work across multiple marketing areas, identifying opportunities, executing campaigns and improving performance, collaborating with creators, partners and internal teams to acquire new users and grow the Kingside brands.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in marketing, growth, crypto, gambling, media, creators or consumer technology.
• Strong understanding of internet culture, creators and social media.
• Able to take projects from idea through to launch, including outreach, negotiation, coordination and reporting.
• High agency, practical and comfortable taking ownership without significant oversight.
• Comfortable managing budgets and evaluating marketing activity based on performance.
• Strong communicator who works well with creators, agents, partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, sign and manage creators, streamers, athletes and other marketing partners.
• Manage deliverables, content schedules and campaigns across existing partnerships.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, activations and sponsorships.
• Coordinate content and distribution across TikTok, Instagram, X, streaming platforms and other relevant channels.
• Monitor impressions, CPM, CCV, acquisition, FTDs and other relevant metrics across marketing activity.
• Identify and test new creators, platforms, channels and acquisition opportunities.
• Improve systems for tracking spend, deliverables and performance across the marketing team.
