CBRE Group, Inc. at Erina Fair on the Central Coast seeks a proactive Marketing Assistant to support planning, coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives.

You will drive foot traffic, retailer engagement, and brand visibility while ensuring on-brand communications across campaigns and events. The role reports to the Marketing Manager and requires strong social media content creation, customer service, and organisation.

• Degree in Marketing/Business or relevant marketing experience.
• Confident creating social media content.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare digital marketing campaigns and content across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) and update the centre website.
• Assist with executing the centre’s marketing plan and campaigns/activations.
• Communicate with retailers and community partners, supporting participation and distributing materials.
• Maintain brand standards across signage, collateral, and in-centre presentation; support team operations.
• Marketing administration including calendars, reporting data, sales collection, and invoice processing.
