Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a proactive Marketing Advisor to support our national and local teams in delivering impactful marketing initiatives, events and campaigns. You’ll build relationships with partners and stakeholders to shape annual plans and drive growth.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing, with 5+ years of experience and experience with marketing automation software. The environment offers variety, collaboration and a client-focused mindset across offices.

Qualifications

• Essential 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Understanding of marketing philosophies and practices.
• Ability to develop strong relationships and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with partners to develop annual marketing plans and budgets for each office.
• Attend local marketing/BD meetings to progress planned initiatives.
• Report monthly on marketing plans and budgets to the Director of Marketing.
• Share campaigns with local offices to drive marketing initiatives.
• Manage sponsorships and partnerships for maximum benefit.
• Update materials to ensure local content aligns with brand.
• Work with national team to implement national projects.
• Manage campaigns run via the web; oversee events and seminars.
