Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a proactive Marketing Advisor to work with the national marketing team and local stakeholders to deliver impactful initiatives, events, sponsorships and campaigns. You will shape annual plans, manage partnerships, and ensure consistent brand presence across offices, balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Understanding of marketing philosophies and practices.
• Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in a multi-stakeholder professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plans and budgets for each office.
• Attend local marketing/BD meetings and suggest best practices.
• Report monthly on marketing plans and budgets to leadership.
• Collaborate with national team to implement projects.
• Manage campaigns, sponsorships and local events.
• Maintain marketing materials and update local content.
• Support nationwide campaigns and digital initiatives.
