Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a proactive Marketing Advisor to join our team and drive marketing initiatives, events, sponsorships and campaigns across offices. You will liaise with partners to develop annual plans, manage budgets, and ensure consistent brand presence while collaborating with the national marketing team.

With 5+ years of experience, you will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering high-quality marketing strategies within a professional services

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Advanced PC skills, including experience with marketing automation software.
• Understanding of marketing philosophies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing plans and budgets for each office in line with national plans.
• Attend local marketing/BD meetings and progress initiatives; recommend best practices.
• Report monthly on marketing plans and budgets to Director of Marketing.
• Collaborate with partners to implement campaigns and local content.

We're looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Marketing Advisor to work closely with our national marketing team and local stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives, events, sponsorships and campaigns.This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys variety, stakeholder engagement and bringing ideas to life.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Liaise with relevant partners to develop annual marketing plans and budgets for each office, ensuring consistency with office strategic priorities and the national strategic and marketing plans;Attendance at local marketing / BD meetings to progress planned initiatives and make recommendations on best practice activities;Report monthly on marketing plans and budgets to Director of Marketing and relevant partners;Share relevant marketing campaigns with local offices to drive marketing initiatives;Manage agreed sponsorships and partnerships to ensure maximum benefit received;Review and liaise with communications team to update marketing and promotional materials (including website content, publications, case studies, newsletters, advertising etc) to ensure appropriate materials available in local offices and relevant local content included;Work with the national marketing team to implement national projects;Manage implementation of campaigns run via the web;Manage standards for local functions, seminars and other networking events.About you:EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:EssentialRelevant Tertiary qualification – Business or MarketingDesirableAdvanced PC skills, including experience with marketing automation softwareDEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:Essential5+ years relevant work experience.Understanding of marketing philosophies and practices.Ability to develop strong relationships and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.Understanding of professional services and a multi stakeholder environment.As a Marketing Advisor, you will support the firm in achieving its business growth objectives through the strategic planning, coordination and delivery of marketing projects and initiatives. Working closely with partners, business leaders and the national marketing team, you'll help execute local and national marketing strategies while ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand presence.No two days are the same.
