Job summary

McConnell Dowell - Creative Construction seeks a Construction Manager to lead and coordinate site delivery on a major marine infrastructure project in Geraldton, WA. You will ensure safety, quality, and programme delivery while managing resources and stakeholders.

With at least eight years in construction or engineering and a minimum of two years in a leadership role, you will drive performance, build strong client and subcontractor relationships, and foster a proactive safety culture on a 2/1

Qualifications

Eight+ years in construction or engineering.
At least two years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead diverse site teams and subcontractors with a focus on safety, quality, programme and cost control.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to build relationships and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate construction activities to achieve programme, budget, safety, environmental and quality objectives.
Plan and manage site resources to maximise productivity.
Drive a strong safety and environmental culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and project requirements.
Monitor progress, costs and performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions.
Build effective relationships with client, subcontractors and project teams to support collaboration and delivery.
