ASX listed company Korvest Ltd operates as Korvest Galvanising and EzyStrut. Korvest Galvanising processes structural steel & components for both internal and external customers. EzyStrut is the market leader in cable and pipe support systems throughout Australia. Our Head Office is in Kilburn, South Australia providing manufacturing, galvanising and warehouse facilities locally and servicing a national branch network of warehouses and sales teams.

Your new role:

We are seeking a driven and adaptable individual to join our team based in Kilburn, South Australia. The Kilburn site contains manufacturing, galvanising and warehouse facilities servicing a national branch network of warehouses and sales teams.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing staff and contractors working within our factory, including ensuring the completion of pre-start checklists and processes and encouraging team members to strive for productivity goals, ensuring staff meet safety, quality, health and environmental standards at all times and driving continuous improvement.

You will bring:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing role with strong motivation to develop your skills and progress your career
• Sound knowledge and understanding of HSEQ requirements
• Strict adherence to safety and PPE requirements
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to problem solve
• Ability to lead and manage a team and demonstrated people skills
