Alpine MDF Industries Pty Ltd in Wangaratta, Victoria, is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to support material availability, purchasing coordination, production planning and reporting. The role works across purchasing administration, ERP data, inventory and scheduling, with structured training provided to develop competencies.

You will collaborate with Production, Warehouse and Suppliers to maintain schedules, monitor stock levels and raise purchase orders while ensuring accurate data in the ERP

Formación

• Experience in supply chain, purchasing, production planning, inventory, logistics or a related administrative or operational role.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using an ERP or similar business system, or the ability to develop these skills through training.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate routine purchasing administration for production materials and suppliers.
• Raise purchase orders within approved requirements and procedures.
• Monitor supplier acknowledgements, delivery dates and outstanding orders; follow up delays.
• Maintain supplier schedules, purchasing records and raw material inventory information.
• Monitor stock and forecast positions and raise potential material shortages with the Supply Chain Manager.
• Assist with producing and maintaining production schedules.
• Maintain planning and inventory data within the ERP system.
• Prepare routine planning reports and forecasts for scheduling meetings.
• Assist with end-of-month production reporting and inventory reconciliation.
