Lam Research in Victoria, Australia seeks a Shift Manager to lead a manufacturing shift with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery and cost. You will direct shift Supervisors and frontline workers, ensuring staffing, training and adherence to procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing and at least 6 years of shift/operations leadership experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as Shift or Operations Manager in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Monitor and manage shift operations for Safety, Quality and Cost.
• Provide leadership to Supervisors to resolve shift issues.
• Ensure staffing and training for production operations.
• Lead Safety & Quality investigations and close action plans.
