Job summary

You will enforce strict clean room protocols, mentor staff, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve production challenges. A Bachelor's in engineering and 6+ years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience as Manufacturing Supervisor in semiconductor industry.
• Capable of working in a controlled clean room environment and adhering to gown/PPE requirements.
• Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and Kanban systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills; able to run shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of direct labor (Assemblers/Test Technicians) to meet safety, quality, production goals and cost objectives.
• Enforce Safety & Quality regulations; conduct audits and investigations as needed.
• Allocate resources, monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship.
• Identify production process improvements and implement efficiency strategies.
• Prepare shift reports; lead production meetings and update upper management on status.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve safety/quality issues, downtime, and material shortages.
