BOC Limited Australia is seeking a Production Shift Manager in Rocklea, QLD to lead a major hazard facility operation with a focus on safety, reliability and performance. You will guide a frontline team, drive safe and efficient plant operations, and ensure compliance with process safety standards while meeting customer supply commitments.

You will develop a high-performing team, manage budgets and plant costs, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance and operations to optimise reliability

Qualifications

• Experience in a process plant or similar operational environment.
• 5 years’ leadership or technical experience.
• Strong HSE capability within a Process Safety or Major Hazard Facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production team capabilities and performance.
• Deliver safe, reliable and efficient plant operations.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet KPI targets and customer commitments.
• Build a high-performance culture with clear accountabilities and regular feedback.
• Monitor plant performance and respond to operational issues.
