Job summary

CSR Limited in Penrose, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the Customised Whiteboard Solutions operation. You will plan customised orders, coach frontline teams and drive safety, quality and cost performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the DC Manager, you’ll coordinate people, materials and equipment, monitor performance and champion continuous improvement while ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of machinery safety and hazard management.
• Ability to interpret production specifications, drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Proven coaching and development of frontline employees.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritise customised production orders to meet customer deadlines.
• Allocate daily workloads and optimise use of labour, materials and equipment.
• Lead a strong safety culture and ensure PPE and risk controls are followed.
• Manage production quality, investigate issues and address customer complaints.
• Coach and develop production team members and labour-hire staff.
• Coordinate onboarding, competency assessments and cross-training.
