Job summary

Porta Products in Oberon, NSW, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee operations at our 24/7 Oberon manufacturing facility. The role is hands-on and requires building strong relationships across departments to drive continuous improvement in performance and processes.

You will be responsible for maximising plant efficiency, reducing machine downtime, and ensuring round-the-clock support for production operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a maintenance team.
• Demonstrated experience working in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Ability to develop solutions for repetitive failures that adversely affect plant operations.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and coaching skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships across different departments within the company.
