Porta Products in Oberon NSW is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our 24/7 manufacturing facility. This full-time role focuses on managing maintenance operations to maximise plant efficiency and minimise downtime, combining hands-on leadership with strong cross‑department collaboration.

You will mentor the maintenance team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure robust support for production operations across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a maintenance team within a manufacturing setting.
• Experience working in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to develop solutions for recurring plant issues and downtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to maximise plant efficiency and minimise downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance and processes.
• Provide hands-on leadership and build strong relationships across production departments.
