Job summary

Hunter Douglas Australia is seeking an HR Advisor to support our Supply Team across manufacturing, warehouse and supply operations at the Rydalmere site. You will handle employee relations, industrial relations and the full employee lifecycle in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

You’ll work with leaders to strengthen HR practices, interpret EBA and awards, and manage recruitment, onboarding and performance processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Advisor in manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation, Modern Awards and EBA.
• Experience handling employee relations, grievances and investigations.
• Experience with workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Ability to influence leaders and manage sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice to leaders and employees across people matters.
• Interpret and apply EBA, Modern Awards and relevant legislation.
• Manage employee relations, performance, grievances and investigations.
• Support EBA negotiations with data analysis and documentation.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work with WHS.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding and other HR activities across lifecycle.
• Contribute to HR system implementations and employee engagement.
• Monitor HR metrics and advise on workforce improvements.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
