Hunter Douglas Window Fashions Gallery in NSW is seeking an HR Advisor to support our Supply Team across manufacturing, warehouse and supply operations at the Rydalmere site. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, industrial relations and full lifecycle HR in a manufacturing environment.

You will advise leaders, help navigate EBA, awards and legislation, coordinate workers' comp and return-to-work, and partner with WHS to foster a positive workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements (EBA).

Aufgaben

• Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees across a range of people matters.
• Support the interpretation and application of the Enterprise Agreement (EBA), Modern Awards and relevant employment legislation.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances and workplace investigations.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work processes in partnership with WHS and external stakeholders.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and other core HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Contribute to the implementation of the HD Management System and employee engagement initiatives across Supply.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed decision-making.
• All other duties as assigned.
