Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking an HR Advisor to support our Supply Team at the Rydalmere site. You will handle employee relations, EBA interpretation, and lifecycle HR activities in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

You’ll partner with leaders to strengthen HR practices, manage workplace relations, and drive a positive workplace across manufacturing, warehouse and supply operations. Join a global organisation focused on growth and development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Advisor, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards and EBAs.
• Experience handling employee relations, grievances and investigations.
• Experience in a unionised workplace is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees across a range of people matters.
• Support interpretation and application of the EBA, Modern Awards and employment legislation.
• Assist with employee relations, including performance management, grievances and investigations.
• Support EBA negotiations through data analysis and documentation preparation.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes with WHS and external stakeholders.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and other core HR activities across the lifecycle.
• Contribute to HD Management System and employee engagement initiatives across Supply.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to identify improvement opportunities.
