Hunter Douglas is seeking an HR Advisor to support our Supply Team across manufacturing, warehouse and supply operations at our Rydalmere site. This is a great opportunity to broaden your HR experience across employee relations, industrial relations and the full employee lifecycle in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.

You’ll play an important role in supporting our leaders, strengthening HR practices and creating a positive workplace for our people.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, grievances and workplace investigations.
• Experience with workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Ability to influence outcomes and navigate challenging conversations.
• Hands-on approach with the confidence to work on the factory floor.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical HR advice and support to leaders and employees across a range of people matters.
• Support the interpretation and application of the Enterprise Agreement (EBA), Modern Awards and relevant employment legislation.
• Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances and workplace investigations.
• Support EBA negotiations through research, data analysis and preparation of relevant documentation.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes in partnership with WHS and external stakeholders.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and other core HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Contribute to the implementation of the HD Management System and employee engagement initiatives across Supply.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed decision-making.
• All other duties as assigned
