Job summary

Synergie Australia is recruiting General Labourers for our Laverton North manufacturing facility. These roles are hands-on, with day (7:00am–3:21pm) or afternoon (3:00pm–11:20pm) shifts, Monday to Friday. Ongoing full-time hours with potential for permanency for the right people.

No trade qualification required; suitability based on fitness, reliability and teamwork. Responsibilities include basic assembly, using hand and power tools, moving materials, and meeting daily production targets.

Multiple immediate opportunities for day and afternoon shift for Manufacturing Labourers located in Laverton. These are ongoing roles with the potential for permanency for the right candidates.

Our client is a leading Australian business in the multi-unit construction and urban development industry and is looking for reliable, hardworking General Labourers to join their growing team at their modern Laverton manufacturing facility.

These are hands‑on roles working in a busy factory environment, helping manufacture and assemble components used in residential construction projects.

You don't need to be trade qualified or have extensive experience. We're interested in people who are physically fit, keen to learn, have a strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team.

What's on offer?

• Location: Laverton North
• Pay rate: $35–$45 per hour + super
• Ongoing full-time hours with potential for permanency
• Day shift: 7:00am–3:21pm or afternoon shift: 3:00pm–11:20pm, Monday to Friday
