Job summary

Synaco is helping a client in Laverton North recruit General Labourers for ongoing full-time roles. You’ll help manufacture and assemble components for residential builds, with day or afternoon shifts and a 7:00am–3:21pm or 3:00pm–11:20pm schedule, Monday to Friday.

Training is provided in a supportive factory environment. You don’t need trade qualifications or extensive experience; a strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team are key.

• Physically capable for hands-on labour.

• Reliable and hardworking; able to learn quickly.

Multiple immediate opportunities for day and afternoon shift for Manufacturing Labourers located in Laverton. These are ongoing roles with the potential for permanency for the right candidates.

Our client is a leading Australian business in the multi-unit construction and urban development industry and is looking for reliable, hardworking General Labourers to join their growing team at their modern Laverton manufacturing facility.

These are hands-on roles working in a busy factory environment, helping manufacture and assemble components used in residential construction projects.

You don't need to be trade qualified or have extensive experience. We're interested in people who are physically fit, keen to learn, have a strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team.

What's on offer?

• Location: Laverton North
• Pay rate: $35–$45 per hour + super
• Ongoing full-time hours with potential for permanency
• Day shift: 7:00am–3:21pm or afternoon shift: 3:00pm–11:20pm, Monday to Friday
