Local Workforce Hire is actively seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing work across construction, landscaping and industrial sites in Melbourne. If you are reliable, physically capable and want steady weekly pay, this is a solid pathway to permanent roles after proving yourself on site.

Formación

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Site clean-ups and final cleans

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:
