Job summary

Synergie Australia is recruiting for a client in Laverton North, a leading Australian construction/manufacturing environment. We seek reliable General Labourers for hands-on roles in a modern facility, no trade qualification required.

Positions offer ongoing full-time hours with day or afternoon shifts (7:00am–3:21pm or 3:00pm–11:20pm), and pay rates of $35–$45 per hour plus super. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Our client is a leading Australian business in the multi-unit construction and urban development industry and is looking for reliable, hardworking General Labourers to join their growing team at their modern Laverton manufacturing facility.

These are hands‑on roles working in a busy factory environment, helping manufacture and assemble components used in residential construction projects.

You don't need to be trade qualified or have extensive experience. We're interested in people who are physically fit, keen to learn, have a strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a team.

What's on offer?

• Location: Laverton North
• Pay rate: $35–$45 per hour + super
• Ongoing full‑time hours with potential for permanency
• Day shift: 7:00am–3:21pm or afternoon shift: 3:00pm–11:20pm, Monday to Friday
