Job summary

TOM People and I is partnering with a leading FMCG manufacturer to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a multi-site manufacturing environment in Victoria. You will own reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial partnering to support site leadership, identify cost savings, and drive EBIT growth.

The role requires CA/CPA/CIMA qualification, strong stakeholder engagement, and a hands-on approach across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• CA, CPA or CIMA qualified with experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance.
• Strong business partnering skills gained within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similar operational environment.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance analysis.
• Commercially minded with strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to improve site performance and profitability.
• Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and latest estimates.
• Deliver actionable insights on labour, production, cost, and operational performance drivers.
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation, and financial governance across sites.
