Job summary

Tallentire O'Flynn Movsowitz is seeking a Finance Business Partner for manufacturing, based across multiple sites in Victoria. The role owns reporting, budgeting and forecasting, providing commercial insights to improve site performance and EBIT growth.

You will partner with site leadership and operations to deliver actionable financial guidance, drive cost savings, and support strategic decisions in a high-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/CIMA qualification with manufacturing or supply chain finance experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for FMCG/manufacturing.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with cross-site partnering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing and site leaders to improve profitability.
• Lead monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and latest estimates.
• Deliver insights on labour, production, and cost drivers.
• Build financial models and business cases for decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement and financial governance across sites.
