Programmed is seeking a Finance Manager for a major FMCG site in Western Sydney. You will partner with the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team to provide commercial financial leadership and drive site performance.

You will lead monthly close, budgeting, forecasting and provide financial insight across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and production planning. SAP and Excel proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior FMCG/manufacturing finance experience.
• Proven ability to partner with senior operational stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting capability.
• Experience with manufacturing finance and product costing.
• SAP experience and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day site financial management and forecasting.
• Partner with Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team to drive performance.
• Provide financial insight across manufacturing, procurement, logistics and production planning.
• Oversee monthly close, reporting and financial analysis.
• Lead and develop the site finance team.
• Manage standard product costing, including new products and variants.
• Drive CAPEX planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational performance.
