Job summary

TRIUMPH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to evaluate and develop manufacturing processes, verify buildability from Engineering drawings, and lead tooling and BOM creation in Epicor ERP. You will design assembly instructions, monitor PFMEA, and guide teams to implement process improvements to ensure high-quality production of new parts.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Engineering for R&D, providing technical oversight, and maintaining regulatory compliance while training technicians

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of aerospace on-the-job experience.
• Manufacturing background with knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-ups.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops manufacturing processes from drawings and ECO/Drawing
• Develop BOMs in ERP system (Epicor) using ECO/Drawing
• Design and develop manufacturing tools to assist and improve production processes
• Create step-by-step Assembly Test Instructions with CAD images
• PFMEA creation and monitoring
• Provide manufacturing leadership and guidance to project staff
• Identify and implement process improvements with staff
• Support manufacturing of new parts through production
