Arrow Off-Road Cambridge is seeking an Engineering leader to manage new program launches and APQP activities at the Cambridge facility. You will oversee cross-functional teams to deliver engineering deliverables, manage timing plans, and ensure production readiness in alignment with customer expectations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with strong GD&T knowledge and hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding,

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical drawing standards, and GD&T.
• Experience with metal cutting, forming, welding (manual and robotic), machining, and painting.
• Excellent planner with the ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; strategic thinker and problem solver.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the APQP process from customer inquiry to start of production.
• Leads cross-functional teams to develop and release engineering deliverables.
• Develops timing plans and milestones aligned with customer requirements.
• Tracks project costs, margins, and on-time delivery within budgeted values.
• Ensures safety procedures and quality standards are followed across projects.
