Job summary

Complete Recruitment Solutions – Blacktown NSW is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to manage a 4-person team in a manufacturing environment. The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with the responsibility to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent service for every customer call.

You will lead daily rosters, staff training, and KPI monitoring while also handling calls and processing orders when required. A stable, family-owned business offering growth and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service Team Leader role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a B2B/wholesale business is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership and mentoring to a team of 4.
• Manage daily workload rosters, leave and cover.
• Lead team training, cross-skilling and upskilling.
• Conduct performance management.
• Set clear service standards and monitor performance.
• Handle escalated calls and order processing when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take on other duties to support the team and function.
