International Manufacturer seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, administration and technology across Australia and Asia, including final roll-out of the ERP system and oversight of a new manufacturing facility in Clark, Philippines. The CFO will be based in Clark for a minimum three weeks each month.

You will partner with the CEO and board to translate the 5-year growth plan into budgets and targets, manage capital projects and ensure robust governance, tax and transfer pricing

Competenze

• 10+ years of senior finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience as CFO in manufacturing with exposure to international operations.
• Proven track record leading capital projects and ERP implementations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting capabilities.
• Experience reporting to CEO and board across multiple jurisdictions.

• Lead finance, administration and technology functions ensuring governance and controls.
• Partner with CEO on 5-year growth plan, translating into budgets and targets.
• Oversee capital projects including manufacturing facility in Clark, Philippines.
• Manage Clark project capital budget, timelines and risks; oversee transition to operation.
• Own financial reporting, cash flow, treasury and working capital across AU and Asia.
• Prepare monthly financial packs and project reporting for board meetings.
• Develop robust financial controls and tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Lead ERP rollout and IT infrastructure, ensuring cybersecurity and business systems alignment.
• Manage relationships with banks, insurers, auditors and external advisers.
