Senior CFO/FD with 10+ years in finance leadership roles.
Experience in manufacturing, construction or project-based environments.

Responsibilities

Lead overall financial strategy, planning and performance across the business.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation across multiple streams.
Drive visibility of product, project, customer and segment profitability to improve margins.
Develop financial models, KPIs and dashboards to support commercial decisions.
Manage cashflow, working capital, banking relationships and capital allocation.
Oversee governance, internal controls, audit, tax and compliance.
Lead ERP optimisation, systems implementation and reporting automation.
Mentor and develop the finance team across the business.
