An established global prestige retail and manufacturing business seeks a Financial Controller to own group financial reporting, governance and control. Reporting to the CFO, this role offers broad responsibility across IFRS reporting, tax, treasury, risk and compliance, with global exposure across Australia, the Philippines, China and other Group stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Strong technical accounting capability with IFRS knowledge.
• Experience owning financial control in a group/multi-entity environment.
• Proven track record in month-end, year-end, statutory and management reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own group financial controllership, governance and reporting across multi-entity environment.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timely delivery.
• Ensure P&L, balance sheet and cash flow integrity and accuracy.
• Maintain and strengthen governance, internal controls and compliance processes.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and regulatory requirements in financial reporting.
• Oversee tax compliance, treasury, FX exposure and banking relationships.
• Manage audit processes and timely resolution of issues.
• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed finance team across Australia and the Philippines.
• Collaborate with CFO, CEO, commercial finance and global stakeholders.
• Drive finance transformation and process improvements.
