Job summary

ElevenLabs, a global AI audio leader, seeks a Technical Customer Support Specialist - Mandarin (Remote). You’ll support enterprise and B2B clients, helping them maximize ElevenAgents, API, and the platform that orchestrates LLMs, telephony, and AI integrations.

You’ll diagnose complex issues, communicate clearly, and contribute to product improvements. You will work in English and Mandarin, with 2–3 years in SaaS support, and you’ll thrive in a fast-moving, international remote team focused on

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in technical customer support at a SaaS or high-growth tech company
• Native or near-native Mandarin with strong written and spoken English
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and/or telephony systems (Twilio, SIP, WebSockets)
• Solid understanding of APIs and troubleshooting code (Python or JavaScript)

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise support end-to-end — diagnose complex issues quickly and follow through until resolved
• Provide high-quality technical support in English and Mandarin
• Become a deep expert in ElevenAgents and how customers use it to orchestrate LLMs and telephony
• Identify patterns across tickets and surface product gaps to engineering and product teams
• Build and maintain documentation that is clear, accurate, and up to date
• Act as a trusted technical partner for enterprise customers throughout their journey with ElevenLabs
