Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across internal systems

• Prepare and coordinate client communications, including interest payment notices and account updates

• Support the Account Management team by responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Assist with new client onboarding, including documentation collection, account setup inc AML/KYC

• Help prepare financial reports, analyse data, and support client reporting requirements

• Conduct research on industry developments, regulatory updates, and market trends

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless client service

• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and client experience

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-quality service delivery
