Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of 6 specialists.
• Managing collateral operations, including margin calls, dispute resolution and collateral movements.
• Overseeing futures processing activities and ensuring timely completion of operational obligations.
• Managing brokerage payments and associated controls.
• Ensuring daily reconciliations are completed accurately and exceptions are investigated and resolved promptly.
• Monitoring operational risks, identifying control gaps and driving remediation activities.
• Building strong relationships with Front Office, Finance, Risk and external counterparties.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls and service outcomes.
• Providing insightful management reporting and operational performance updates.
• Supporting the implementation of new products, system enhancements and regulatory change initiatives.
• Escalating operational issues and incidents appropriately and ensuring effective resolution.

The Role

As Manager Trade Support, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the daily management and control of collateral obligations, futures operations, brokerage processing and reconciliations across a range of financial market products.

You’ll partner closely with Trading, Sales, Treasury, Risk, Finance and Technology teams to ensure operational activities are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with regulatory and risk management requirements.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of 6 specialists
• Managing collateral operations, including margin calls, dispute resolution and collateral movements
