Job summary

The University of Western Australia seeks a Manager, Student Engagement to lead the Student Engagement and Belonging Division. You will direct onboarding, orientation, mentoring and student voice initiatives to boost belonging and student satisfaction across campus.

You will provide strategic guidance, use data to improve programs and build strong relationships with stakeholders. A postgraduate qualification and leadership experience are required.

• Experience designing and evaluating large-scale student engagement initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategy.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Student Engagement team to deliver student engagement, peer mentoring, student leadership and student voice initiatives that enhance belonging, participation and student success.
• Drive onboarding, orientation and communications programs using student insights and stakeholder partnerships.
• Provide strategic advice, oversee governance and manage resources to maximise impact.
