Job summary

The University of New South Wales invites applications for Lead the Student Success, Community & Partnerships. This role develops portfolio-wide programs to strengthen student belonging, health and engagement, and manages internal and external partnerships to embed best practice and sustainable initiatives.

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications with substantial relevant experience.
Experience designing and delivering student engagement programs.
Ability to build partnerships with external organisations.
Strong communication, negotiation and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead design and end-to-end delivery of student success initiatives.
Establish strategic partnerships with external health, wellbeing and sport organisations.
Plan and deliver the university-wide events calendar and manage budget and risk.
Oversee student volunteer and ambassador programs with recruitment and training.
