Job summary

JY Group in Australia is seeking an energetic Manager/Senior Manager – Investor Relations to expand the investor network and support capital raising for new opportunities. You will leverage an existing UHNW network, work with leadership and investment teams, and drive relationships from introductions to onboarding, with Mandarin and English fluency.

This role offers A$120,000–A$200,000 salary plus performance-based incentives, and will be based in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, capital raising, private banking or wealth management serving UHNW clients.
• Established network of clients, introducers or referral partners.
• Strong sales and client-service track record for wealthy individuals and families.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with high and ultra-high-net-worth investors, family offices and referral partners.
• Independently identify and build new investor channels and convert relationships into new business.
• Participate in capital raising for commercial property investments from introductions to onboarding.
• Explain investment opportunities clearly with the investment team to address investor questions.
• Provide responsive, professional service including ongoing communications and portfolio updates.

We serve a sophisticated investor base of high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, with a focus on long-term relationships and investment performance.

We are seeking an energetic, commercially minded Manager / Senior Manager – Investor Relations to help expand our investor network and support capital raising for new investment opportunities. This role suits someone with established referral relationships, experience working with wealthy individuals and families, and the initiative to develop new business independently.

You will work closely with JY Group’s leadership and investment teams, taking an active role in attracting new investors and delivering attentive, personalised service to existing clients.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and manage relationships with high and ultra-high-net-worth investors, family offices and referral partners.
• Independently identify and build new investor channels, drawing on your existing network while developing new relationships.
• Participate in capital raising for commercial property investments, from initial introductions and presentations through to investor commitments and onboarding.
• Explain investment opportunities clearly and confidently, working with the investment team to address investor questions.
• Provide responsive, professional service throughout the investor relationship, including ongoing communications and portfolio updates.
• Organise and participate in investor meetings, briefings and events.

We are looking for someone with:

• At least five years of relevant experience in investor relations, capital raising, private banking, wealth management or a comparable role serving high and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• An established network of clients, introducers or referral partners, and a demonstrated ability to convert relationships into new business.
• A strong track record in both sales and client service, with an understanding of the expectations of wealthy individuals and families.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong communication and presentation skills in both languages.
• Energy, initiative and drive, with the ability to develop channels and clients independently and follow opportunities through to completion.
• Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to earn trust through consistent delivery.
• An understanding of commercial property investment would be an advantage, but is not essential.

We offer a salary of A$120,000–A$200,000, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives. The appointment will be at Manager or Senior Manager level, reflecting your experience, network and track record.
