About the role

The Manager Regional Services leads business support and helps coordinate key services across regional Victoria. The role supports emergency management and recovery, workplace safety, stakeholder engagement and partnerships with Aboriginal organisations. They work closely with regional leaders, teams, communities, stakeholders and service partners to ensure work is well planned, coordinated and delivered effectively.


The role also leads and supports the business support team, fostering a safe, inclusive and positive workplace. Success means strong emergency response and recovery, effective stakeholder relationships, quality business support, engaged teams and meaningful partnerships with Aboriginal organisations.

Qualifications and experience

You’ll bring:



  • Emergency management or safety experience.

  • A Drivers Licence. (Mandatory)
