Job summary

Royal Automobile Club of Queensland is seeking a Manager of Process Optimisation and Intelligent Automation to lead enterprise strategy across process improvement, automation and Microsoft Copilot. You will translate business priorities into measurable improvements while guiding a multidisciplinary team and ensuring responsible adoption of emerging technology.

You will partner with leaders to identify high-value opportunities, simplify processes and improve experiences for employees and members,

Qualifications

• Experience leading process improvement and intelligent automation programs.
• Strong knowledge of process discovery, redesign and benefits realisation.
• Experience managing enterprise automation or low-code platforms (operational health, security controls, lifecycle).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Experience establishing standards, Centres of Excellence and reusable solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen, people leadership and stakeholder influence including investment cases and benefits measurement.

Description

As the Manager Process Optimisation and Intelligent Automation, you’ll lead RACQ’s enterprise strategy and capability across process improvement, intelligent automation and Microsoft Copilot. You’ll translate business priorities into measurable improvements while leading a multidisciplinary team and supporting the responsible adoption of emerging technology.

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for process optimisation, automation and Copilot.
• Develop a multidisciplinary team through coaching, clear priorities and capability building.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities, develop investment cases and manage value, feasibility, cost and risk.
• Oversee automation, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio platforms, including service health, security controls, support and solution lifecycle.
